The following are general terms of service for projects. Specific terms will be outlined in our partnership agreement.
Permits, Permissions, and Licenses to Work
Client is responsible for obtaining all permissions and applicable city permits required for this work.
Project Estimates
Hours and expenses are estimated. Client will be charged for actual hours not to exceed this amount if the scope of work is unchanged. Client will pay for actual expenses, receipts can be provided upon request. Hourly rates are $75/hour/artist on location and $50/hour/artist in the studio.
Pick-up and Delivery
Pick-up or delivery of small artwork items (approximately 12 square feet or less) is $50 each way within Chicago. Larger artwork or suburban destinations require a separate quote. If scaffolding is required, a $100 set-up and take-down fee applies.

Pochis Bank Art Studio reserves the right to include photos of the final project artwork in our portfolio on our website and social media, while protecting client confidential information. If we cannot post project artwork, the project cost increases by 25% (not including expenses).
Deposits and Fees
50% deposit required to hold date or begin work. Remainder due upon completion of artwork.
