Bar Philosophy Chalkboards for The Rabbit Hole

Pochis Bank Art Studio was hired to create two custom chalkboards for The Rabbit Hole in Old Town. The brand new bar just had their soft open and they wanted two chalkboards to help set the scene for patrons of all kinds.

Using our expertise in hand-lettering, Nancy and the Pochis Bank Artists designed two graphic boards with phrases provided by the restaurant.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
