Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio executed this 8′ x 9′ painting on a chalkboard wall for the cafeteria in the new modern offices of Rocketfuel Ad Agency. The Studio’s work for this creative office space features a permanent acrylic paint design, to which Rocketfuel staff can add detail using chalk. This interactive chalkboard wall mural is a dynamic and entertaining way for the client to engage and share information.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
