Promo Chalk Art for Bialetti

The Italian cookware company Bialetti hired Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio to create an 8′ x 4′ promotional board for their booth at the “International Home and Housewares Show” in Chicago’s McCormick Place. Using hard pastels, we drew the cute little chef “l’omino”, Bialetti’s mascot. If you happen to be at the Home and Housewares show, stop by booth #1836 to check the artwork and the cookware goods.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
