American Medical Association
The American Medical Association (AMA) commissioned Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio to create four giant word-art chalkboards over the four days of their annual conference. The chalkboards were based on the content of the doctors’ lectures and discussions. Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio artists created the 7′ x 4′ boards on-site so that AMA members could watch the art progress as they passed by between meetings and events. One board includes a large, realistic chalk portrait of the incoming President of the AMA, Dr. Jeremy Lazarus.
