Employer based volunteer programs are a Win-Win-Win.

Nancy created this globe to inspire employers to create employee community service events and practice corporate environmental stewardship.  Companies can build an image of compassion and responsibility and reap substantial benefits by encouraging their employees to get involved in community service.  Employer based volunteer programs help with recruiting and retention plus the company builds goodwill among potential customers who recognize their good corporate citizenship.

Its a win-win-win; good for the company, good for the employees, good for the community and good for the PLANET. Nancy uses a bright bold color pallet with her signature urban street art style. The whitewashed portraits of "employees" patterned with environmental icons and a heart show how much we each care about the environment. The silhouetted "bosses" over the employees' shoulders show that companies are recognizing the importance of these values. Nancy hopes her illustrated scenes of employees cleaning up parks, beaches and rivers, repairing trails and urban greenspaces, along with words describing the benefits of volunteerism will give employers ideas for environmental programs.

This globe is sponsored by Southwest Airlines, who themselves set a great corporate example of environmental stewardship.
