Nancy provides art instruction for a range of skill-levels.

Curriculum

Elder Art Classes and Workshops: Nancy teaches several classes and workshops at area retirement centers. Her classes typically have 4-10 students from beginner to advanced artists. The classes and workshops cover a wide range of artistic mediums, skill development and subjects. Nancy's style includes individual attention and demonstrations. Nancy understands that students of this age-group bring a variety of life experiences to their art and she works to help each student relax and to enjoy the art-making process. She guides each student to experience success and growth in creating art. Many students report that Nancy's class is the highlight of their week!

Elementary School Art Instruction: Nancy has developed an 8-10 week curriculum to guide young artists through the process of creating multi-media self-portraits through a variety of exercises culminating in a final exhibit/presentation. Students enhance their artistic skills and self-understanding throughout the process.

Individual and Small Group Art Instruction: Nancy offers private instruction to individuals and small groups in her Ravenswood Studio or private homes. Nancy works with students to customize classes to meet their objectives.
